Use this page to delete your optional Echooo Personal Memory account and associated server-stored cloud recovery data.

What this deletes

• Your Echooo Personal Memory account record (email/password credentials used for cloud recovery)
• Signed-in sessions for that account
• Encrypted cloud backup blobs and backup metadata stored for that account on our servers

What this does not delete

• Memories, voice recordings, recall history, and settings stored only on your device
• Local encrypted backup files you exported yourself
• App Store / Google Play purchase records held by Apple or Google

To remove local device data, use Clear all local data in the app or uninstall / clear app storage on the device.

Delete in the app

1. Open Echooo Personal Memory
2. Go to Privacy
3. Open the account section and choose Delete account
4. Confirm with your account password

Delete from this webpage

Enter the email and password for your Echooo Personal Memory cloud recovery account. Deletion is permanent for server-stored account and cloud backup data.
