Use of StudyPanda AI

StudyPanda AI is a homework planner and study organization app for children and families. By using the app, you agree to use it for lawful personal, educational, and family purposes.

Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

StudyPanda AI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and may offer a lifetime unlock, depending on availability in the App Store or Google Play.

On iOS, payment is charged to the Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

On Android, payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions and one-time purchases follow Google Play’s billing terms.

Optional Rewarded Ads

StudyPanda AI may offer a temporary Premium unlock for 24 hours after the user chooses to watch a short, labeled Google rewarded ad. Watching an ad is optional. Premium is granted only after the ad’s official reward callback. Closing the ad early, a failed load, no fill, a show error, a timeout, or a privacy setting that does not allow ads does not grant Premium.

A rewarded-ad unlock does not replace, cancel, or change a paid subscription or lifetime purchase. When the 24 hours end, paid entitlements remain active if they are still valid.

Ads are configured for a child and family audience: they are not personalized, use child-directed treatment, and are limited to general-audiences content.

Managing Subscriptions

Users can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings. Users can manage Google Play subscriptions in their Google Play account. StudyPanda AI also provides a Restore Purchases option where supported by the store.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google according to Google’s policies. StudyPanda AI cannot directly issue store refunds.

Use of StudyPanda AI is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Safety & Security pages.
