Recallly is a private, offline-first reminder app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

• Recallly does not require an account.
• Recallly does not operate a backend for reminder storage.
• Recallly does not provide cloud sync.
• Recallly does not show ads.
• Recallly does not use AI features.
• Recallly does not sell personal data.
• Your reminders and attachment references are stored locally on your device.

When you use Recallly, the app may store the reminders you create on your device. This can include:

• reminder titles and notes
• due dates and times
• categories, colors, and priorities
• completion or archive status
• local attachment references when you choose to add media

This information is stored locally on your device. Recallly does not require you to create an account to use the app.

Recallly uses notifications only for reminders that you schedule. Notifications are local device notifications. Recallly does not use notifications for advertising, tracking, social features, or unrelated messages.

Recallly requests access to device features only when you use a related feature:

• Camera access is used only when you choose to capture a photo or video attachment.
• Photos or files access is used only when you choose an attachment from your device.
• Microphone access is used only when you choose to record a voice note.

Recallly does not record audio, take photos, or access media in the background.

Recallly may offer Recallly Pro through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Recallly does not receive your full payment card details.

Store platforms may process purchase information according to their own policies.

Recallly does not sell your data. Recallly does not share your reminders with advertisers, social networks, or a cloud reminder backend.

If future app functionality requires data handling changes, this Privacy Policy should be updated before that functionality is released.

You can delete reminder data by deleting individual reminders in the app. You can also delete local app data by uninstalling Recallly from your device.

Recallly is intended for general personal productivity use. It is not designed to collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when store requirements change. The updated version should be made available at the Privacy Policy URL used by the app and store listings.
