These Terms of Use describe the rules for using StudyPanda AI. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should review these terms and supervise purchases.
Use Of The App
StudyPanda AI is a school planning and motivation tool. It helps users organize homework, lessons, exams, reminders, pet progress, achievements, and study plans. It does not replace advice from a teacher, school, doctor, or other professional.
Local-Only Data
StudyPanda AI does not require registration and does not provide a cloud sync account. The user is responsible for device access and local data backup where the operating system allows it. Removing the app or clearing storage may delete local StudyPanda data.
Premium Subscriptions
StudyPanda AI may offer Premium subscription plans:
- Monthly Premium: $2.99
- Yearly Premium: $19.99
Premium gives access to additional local features such as unlimited tasks, all pets, photo homework OCR, Panda Coach, 25-minute plan, parent rewards, weak topic insights, exam preparation, parent insights, weekly challenges, streak protection, and expanded pet shop items.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal, cancellation, billing, trials, taxes, and price changes are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to the store account used for the purchase.
Restore Purchases
The app includes Restore Purchases so users can restore eligible Premium access through Apple App Store or Google Play. Restore availability depends on the store account, product configuration, and store purchase status.
Refunds And Cancellation
Refunds and subscription cancellation are handled by Apple and Google, not by StudyPanda AI directly. Please use your App Store or Google Play account settings and store support channels to request refunds or manage subscriptions.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use StudyPanda AI lawfully and responsibly. Do not use the app to store unlawful content or attempt to interfere with store purchase systems, device security, or app functionality.
Limitation Of Liability
StudyPanda AI is provided as a planning and learning support tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for missed homework, missed lessons, device issues, data loss caused by deleting or resetting the app, school decisions, or indirect damages.
Changes To The Terms
We may update these terms when the app changes, legal requirements change, or store requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
