About FitPulse AI
FitPulse AI is a fitness and wellness application that may include workout plans, exercise timers, voice guidance, AI Trainer responses, hydration tracking, weight tracking, progress photos, reminders, insights, achievements, advertisements, and optional Premium features.
Fitness Information Disclaimer
FitPulse AI provides general fitness, hydration, habit-building, and wellness information for educational and motivational purposes only. Workout plans, calorie estimates, activity scores, challenges, and progress metrics are approximations and may not be accurate for every person or situation.
You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, activity level, hydration target, or wellness goal is appropriate for your physical condition.
No Medical Advice
FitPulse AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or professional healthcare guidance. AI Trainer responses are generated for general coaching support and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, or other licensed professional.
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, injury, or any concerning symptoms. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition.
Premium Purchases
FitPulse AI may offer optional Premium features through in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing. Premium may unlock benefits such as ad removal, AI Trainer Premium access, advanced analytics, extended photo progress features, and future premium capabilities described in the app.
All purchases are subject to Google Play terms, pricing, taxes, regional availability, and refund policies. We do not control Google Play payment processing or refund decisions.
Lifetime Purchase
FitPulse AI offers a one-time Premium Lifetime purchase with product ID fitpulse_lifetime_remove_ads_1999. The displayed price is typically $19.99, although the final price, currency, and taxes are determined by Google Play in your region.
Lifetime Premium is intended to provide ongoing access to the Premium features available at the time of purchase and reasonable future Premium features added to the app. Lifetime access applies to the FitPulse AI app experience and does not guarantee availability of third-party services such as Google Play, AdMob, or Firebase.
Purchase restoration and entitlement verification are handled according to Google Play rules and the app’s local entitlement storage.
Advertising
Free users may see ads served through Google AdMob, including after workout completion. Ads are not intended to appear during active workout timers. Premium Lifetime removes in-app ads after entitlement activation.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform policies
- Provide accurate information where you choose to enter personal or fitness data
- Use workouts and wellness features at your own risk and within your physical limits
- Keep your device secure and maintain backups of important personal data where needed
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass ads, billing, or premium controls
- Not use the App to store or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Not rely on the App for emergency or medical decision-making
Intellectual Property
The App, branding, design, content, and software are owned by Contact Echoo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue features of the App where required by law, platform policy, or operational necessity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitPulse AI, Contact Echoo, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, health complications, or device issues arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when updates are posted. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
